Target Audience Analysis for a Resurgent Party
In 2012 CA carried out a research project on behalf of a resurgent Italian political party last successful in the 1980s. Using Target Audience Analysis, CA researched current and past members along with potential sympathizers to develop a reorganization strategy that catered to the needs of both contingents. The flexible and modern organizational structure that resulted from CA’s suggested reforms allowed the party to perform beyond its initial expectations at a time of turbulence in Italian politics.
